The Panorama Apartment is situated up of the mountain 'La Trinita' (600m). It is a private two floors Villa in a 3000 mq wood garden.
First floor or ground floor: access from the ground to the unique big living room with a big fireplace with the possibility to seat around it. This room it is utilized just as living room, it has a big table for lunches and a big window with panorama on the wood garden. Access to the second floor.
Second floor: the access can be trough the ground floor or trough the balcony coming from outside. 1 big living room with fireplace and sofas-bed that can be opened.
It's possible to book the apartment for up to 6 people.
Extra price per person: 40 euro
Extra fee if you want to use the gas heating.

We only accept bookings from saturdays until the following saturday.
We have a 72 hours cancellation policy.
We only accept Cash payments on arrival.
Check in: on saturdays from 16:00 (please let us know your arrival time)
Check out: on saturdays at 10:00
Take E45 direction Perugia, exit Corciano, follow the signs for Corciano, cross the street entrance Corciano city take on your right side going up the mountain to the direction Monte Trinity. Follow it till quite the top, just 200m before the top you will find on your right on Belvedere. The Villa is the first one.
