At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bulevardi Blu Pass by Kamez (on the left) for 1.6 km, continue straight to stay on Bulevardi Blu for 1.1 km. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit, drive 1.1 km, then turn left onto Rruga Gjergj Balshaj for 9 m, then turn left onto E 762/SH 1 for 350 m. Turn right onto Rruga Demokracia, drive 5.1 km, then turn left
toward Rruga Faik Kulla, drive 1.5 km, turn right onto Rruga Faik Kulla, drive 210 m. Turn left onto Rruga Myslym Keta, continue to follow Myslim Keta for 1.7 km, continue onto Rruga e Dibrës.Stela Hotel will be on the right.
