Hotel Pasatiempo is a charming boutique hotel in Playa Tamarindo just 4 minutes walk to the beach in the quiet part of town.
The freshly remodeled hotel features a central pool area with a natural stone and teak deck, a full service restaurant in a natural palm rancho, and a spa.
The hotel is situated in a tropical garden beneath the shade of hardwood, palm and mango trees. All of the rooms feature high efficiency AC and hot water, flatscreen televisions with cable, orthopedic mattresses, safe, and a clock radio.

It is really easy to get to Tamarindo, different options as touristic shuttles, rent a car or national plane tickets. The hotel Pasatiempo always helps with all booking and has the best information.
From San Jose Airport. Around 4 hour and a half. A shuttle is available for less than $50/pp leaving at 8 am & 2 pm, national flights take you in Tamarindo in 45 minutes, around $120/pp or rent a car (Prices depends of type of car) around $70/day. We suggest that you rent a 4/4 even in dry season. Consult us to get the best deal.
From Liberia Airport. Around 1 hour drive. A taxi take you for $60, a shuttle for $25/pp. Just send your flight information and we will help you and be sure that a driver will wait for you.
How to get to the hotel: Once in Tamarindo drive on the main street right in front of the ocean to see the Tamarindo Beach club on the right side. Take on the left to Pacific Park (A big white building on the right side) Take on the left, the hotel is located at few meters on the left side.
