The Avra hotel is located in the heart of Perea sandy beach, which is at the outskirts of Thessaloniki.
The 29 contemporary rooms and apartments for 1-4 individuals which the hotel has have been fully renovated in 2012. The Avra Hotel is the ideal choice for your vacations, offering a quiet family-friendly environment, as well as for your business activities because iti s just 15 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki and 5 minutes from the airport.
You can combine your stay with a tour in the city of Thessaloniki, shopping in the near by malls and outlets, the various night-life of the city either summer or winter and during day swimming or walking at Perea 10km coast.
Cancellation policy: 2 days notice
for late cancellation or no show:
for 1 night booking will be charged 1 night stay
In case of more than one day reservation, 50 percent of all nights will be charged
From Macedonia Airport: at the main Airport traffic lights turn right on to the Thessaloniki-Michaniona National Road, heading towards Michaniona. After the sign for Perea, at the first traffic light you see (Goodys fast food) turn right and go straight to the end of the road where you will find the hotel on your left.
From other point: when you reach Thessaloniki you take the direction that leads to the i Macedoniai airport, either you come from the ring road either you come from the town. When you reach airport you bypass the road that leads to that and you follow the signs to i Mihanionai town. Then the first town you reach is Perea. When you reach Perea you turn right to the first traffic lights that you see (there is a fast food place called Goody`s at the corner) and you go straight towards the sea. In the end of the road you will see the hotel.
From the railway station: you take the bus No 2, or 3 to the end of the route to IKEA, and then you change bus No 72 that goes to Perea. You use the same ticket from the railway to Perea, but you cancel it firstly when you come on bus no 2-3 and secondly on the bus no 72. When you reach Perea the bus turns right on Goodys restaurant and goes straight to the beach. Get ready to take of the bus, because when it turns again left it will stop in one bus station where there is a small church. Get of the bus there go a little backwards and go to the beach. You will see our hotel on the left of the road.
