Coming from Ancona or Cesena exit the E45 (which you are) in Ponte San Giovanni. Head towards Ponte San Giovanni and walk about 300 meters. The Olive B & B is on your left.

From Florence there are two possible outputs with 'Ponte San Giovanni.' For your convenience after the release Piscille go further indication Ponte San Giovanni to Cesena, just put the E45 is the first exit 'Ponte San Giovanni.'
