Welcome to the first guesthouse in Sendai, Japan, MIYAGI guest house!!
Miyagi Guest House is a reasonable inn, conveniently located in the center of Sendai , Miyagi Prefecture. We welcome backpackers, motorcycle tourists, bicycle tourists, people traveling alone to Tohoku area, people who travel to Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, want to enjoy a gourmet tour to eat gyutan - ox tongue, Yokote yakisoba, the three most major noodles in Morioka, and etc., and want to watch games of tohoku rakuten golden eagles, vegalta sendai, and sendai 89ers and etc.
We would like both travelers to Tohoku area and the local people to feel free to visit us. We provide you with dormitories for men and for women and private rooms.
- - - PRIVATE ROOM - - - maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.
Normally our private rooms are more expensive, but if you are happy to stay 3 or 4
people in the private room then we can do this all for the same price 6500 yen
There is free space to exchange guests and information and so on.
We offer you profitable plans, like pre-paid coupons.

- Laundry: 100 yen. Free washing powder.
- Coupons
- Discount public bath coupon: 360 yen. Public bathes are closed on Mondays.
- Public bath coupon set: 500 yen. A set of public bath coupon and shampoo.
The easiest way to find is to head north from the station (meaning going right if you come out of the station) until you reach a block with a large fake, Greek/Roman statue. This should take you about 7mins. Walk down that road and pass Nissan Rent-a-Car, then take the next left, a single lane road with a ramen restaurant(Sendai Ko Ramen) on the corner.
Head down that road for about 2mins and you will see a pink VW Beetle stuck in the wall of a building.
Turn left at that building down a driveway, walk 5 meters. You will see a wooden fence on the right hand side which is the front of the guesthouse. It is a little bit off the main street but you should be able to find it.
