The Lycian Way
Mandarin stands alongside this ancient trail linking Fethiye with Antalya, and whilst its full 500km-length would be beyond the scope of most holidays, some of the most popular stretches are right on your doorstep.

Butterfly Valley
Keen walkers will enjoy descending this stunning valley fronted by a beautiful beach.

Oludeniz
A justly popular beach resort, beautifully situated beside a lagoon that has become one of Turkey's most photographed images.

Mount Cragus BabadaÄŸ
Enjoy the unique experience of a tandem paraglide flight from a height of 1,970 metres towards the famous lagoon at Oludeniz.

Fethiye
A bustling local town. Stroll along the picturesque harbour, barter for bargains in the colourful market, treat yourself to a massage in a traditional Turkish hamam, or visit the ancient rock tomb of King Amyntas and the fascinating archaeological museum. You can even take a hydrofoil to pop over to the Greek island of Rhodes.

The deserted Greek village of Kaya
Set in a fertile valley, the atmospheric "Ghost Town" and the sleepy village below are well worth a visit.

Gocek and the Twelve Islands
Enjoy a boat trip from the harbour at Gocek to the picturesque "Twelve Islands" on board a traditional wooden gulet.

Kalkan and Kas
Situated on an almost circular bay, Kalkan has grown from a humble sponge-fishing village to a sophisticated resort boasting an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Kas is a bustling harbour town built on the site of ancient Antiphellos and retains an authentically Turkish atmosphere.

Saklikent Canyon
The walk through this imposing gorge is a truly memorable experience, whilst the energetic can explore the Saklikent river by kayak or canoe.

Xanthos, Letoon, Tlos, Pinara, Kadyanda
Just some of the ancient sites that can be visited from here. Together with nearby Letoon, Xanthos - the former capital of the ancient kingdom of Lycia, has been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Dating back to before 2000BC, Tlos is famed as the home of the mythological hero Bellerophon and his winged horse Pegasus. Pinara boasts extensive ruins, including innumerable rock tombs and an extremely well preserved amphitheatre. The ancient Lycian city of Kadyanda is hidden amidst dense forests at an altitude of 950 metres close to the village of Uzumlu.

Dalyan and Iztuzu
Set on the banks of the eponymous river, the bustling village of Dalyan is home to the ancient site of Caunos and the therapeutic mud baths at Lake Koycegiz, as well as providing access to the stunning Iztuzu beach, an important breeding ground for the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle.

The Sunken City of Kekova
Take a boat excursion to the uninhabited island of Kekova to view its sunken city.

Patara Beach
A gloriously unspoilt sandy beach running for 18km (11 miles), backed by extensive sand dunes and the remains of an ancient city reputed to be the birthplace of Saint Nicholas.

Each deluxe room benefits from a large balcony or terrace with reclining chairs allowing you to relax and absorb the tranquillity, with particularly magnificent sea views from the upper floor rooms. The same views can be enjoyed through panoramic windows from the jacuzzis inside each room, whilst the particularly well-appointed en-suite bathrooms are provided with hairdryers and a selection of quality toiletries.

The deluxe and junior suites are located in the original Villa Mandarin and have twin beds, whilst the six deluxe rooms in the stylish new building all have super-kingsize four-poster double beds.

Terms and Conditions

As a small boutique hotel with only eight rooms, we have to guard against late cancellations and no-shows.

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay, or in case of short-stay bookings of less than a week, the total cost of the first two nights' accommodation. The remainder of your accommodation cost will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

In the event of you subsequently cancelling your reservation, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 60 days prior to arrival: Deposit only (the greater of 25% or two nights)
60 - 31 days prior to arrival: the greater of 50% or two nights
30 - 16 days prior to arrival: the greater of 75% or two nights
15 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100%

Subject to availability, we may be able to change the dates of your reservation rather than cancel your booking should your travel plans change, provided we are given sufficient notice.

We recommend that you arrange travel insurance which covers you for any cancellation charges
