A clean and comfortable beach house in the small fishing village of Point Lonsdale on the Bellarine Peninsula. Located only a 90 minute drive from Melbourne, the capital city of Victoria.
Vacation Rental Property
The property has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Bedroom 1 has a double/full size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a queen blowup bed is also available. The full size kitchen has a wall oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and all the amenities of home. The bathroom, located next to bedroom 1, has a seperate tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided.
The large back garden is fenced and gated for privacy, and there is outdoor furniture and a barbeque on the front deck.

Two large bedrooms can sleep up to 5 and both have plenty of storage.
Amenities
A large flat screen TV in the living area with free Foxtel, dvd player, book library, cd player and stereo. Bedroom 1 also has it's own tv.

Dogs outside only please. We have a large kennel provided.

From $140 per night with a 2 night minimum
Other Information
A 50% deposit is required within seven (7) days of booking. The remainder plus the damage deposit is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.

Directions
From Melbourne take the Princes Highway to Geelong. Turn on to the Bellarine Highway and travel for approx. 45 minutes. Turn right onto Point Lonsdale Road and take the next right onto Grimes Road. Property is located 5 houses from the end of the road on the right side.
