8:00-9:00: Beach Boot Camp
9:00-9:30: Beach Run
9:45-10:30: Class(Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spin etc.)
10:45-11:30: Healthy Breakfast
11:30-12:00: Nutrition segment/guidance
12:15-1:00: Misc. class/ activity (rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, trampolines etc.)
1:15- 2:00: Resistance training/circuit training/cool down and stretch
2:00-4:00: Down Tme
4:00- Spa Treatment/Relax/Pool/Beach/Shops
