Typical Daykeyboard_double_arrow_up
A typical day starts with a sunrise start at the harbor. Depending on the time of year the best fishing will be found in nearshore waters or as much as 15 miles offshore. The fishing is done by trolling multiple lines at a variety of depths using regular lines, lead core, copper and stainless steel wire. Downriggers and diving planers pull lines deep while planer boards spread the lines wide to cover more water quickly. Usually the first fish is caught before all the lines are set and it's not unusual to hook one last fighter as the final lines are being stowed for the trip back to the marina.

Age range, type of groupkeyboard_double_arrow_up
There are no age restrictions though youths under seven sometimes have a hard time handling the tackle without assistance. Due to the size of the fish, scaling gear down to youth sizes is impossible. I cater to families and small groups of friends.
