Hotel Helvétique is located in Nice right in the center, 5 minute walk from the beach, the Place Massena, Albert 1st gardens, the typicall Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and shopping areas, and only 15-minute walk from the train station.
The hotel has 43 air-conditioned and no-smoking rooms with bath or shower, toilets, hair dryer, direct phone line, cable TV, safe boxes and mini fridge
Close to the hotel, places in garage are avalable on request, if availability at extra cost of 18 euros per night.
For your information, triple rooms are with one double bed and one single bed, Quad rooms are with two double beds.

The credit card details given to confirm the booking is hold as a guarantee and must be valid (The hotel tests systematically the card). For special case, the hotel may require another deposit.
You will have to advise the hotel as final confirmation with the security code CVC (the 3 last numbers at the back of the credit card) because hostelworld is not allowed to transmit it by e-mail to the property.
Late arrival: If the arrival time is overtaken or in case of late arrival (after 4.00pm) One night may be charged on the given credit card details. In case of not valid card, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation/No show
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact the hotel by mail, telephone or fax, a cancellation number of cancellation will be given.
No extra fees in case of cancellation untill 2 days before arrival at noon: cancellation number given by hotel will be required in case of disagreement.
Passed this dead-line, the first night will be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee.
In case of No-show, the first night will also be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee.
A copy of the invoice will be sent by post mail if requested.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in time is 2.00pm, but if you arrive earlier, please let us know, we would make our best to provide a room upon arrival, or we store your luggage until the room is available.
Check-out time is Noon.

From train station: 15-minute walk: Exit the train station, turn left and walk 60 meters down to the large Avenue Jean Medecin, cross the avenue, go towards the right and continue always straight until you reach shop 'Zara' and then just after the bank 'Societe Generale' at the corner, turn left in the street 'H'tel des Postes' just before the famous big red building 'Galeries Lafayette', we are located just two blocks on the right, at number 47.
From the airport: if you arrive at Terminal 2, take the shuttle to Terminal 1 and then the Bus 98 until Nice Gioffredo (Massena-Galeries Lafayette): You can buy the ticket to the driver in the bus, it costs 4 euro.
By taxi: it costs about 15 euro from the train station, and 25-30 euro from the airport.
