Our lovely family run B&B is situated just a stones throw from down town Viareggio and close to the sea.
Our B&B is very welcoming. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and we aim to make your stay with us pleasant and friendly
All our rooms are doubles with private bathroom.and one double with bathroom outside
We haven\'t private parking,you can park in a pubblic street by payment for 3 euro a day
The reception is open from 9.30 o\'clock to 19.00 o\'clock.

You can cancel your reservation 72 hours before your arrival date,if you didn\'t advise we take a payment for the first night

Take the A12 (Viareggio Nord) in the direction of the sea and follow the signposts for 'Viali A Mare' until you arrive in the square 'Piazza Mazzini'
take the street 'Via Mazzini'
here you can see the pharmacy ,turn on the first street on the right 'Via Paolina Buonaparte' and turn again the first on the right
'Via S.Martino' and there again the first on the right'Via IV Novembre' until the 104
By Train:take the street Via Mazzini and straight on until the pharmacy there turn on the left 'Via IV Novembre 104'
