One Aldwych is an award-winning five star hotel right in the heart of London . This fabulous hotel in Covent Garden offers 105 contemporary rooms and suites, all with beautiful quality interiors with original pieces of art and complimentary fruit and flowers . Kindly note that our Indigo restaurant will be undergoing some exciting changes this year . The restaurant will be closed from 26th January 2015 to allow for the remodeling of its kitchen, and is scheduled to re-open from 19th April . The makeover will bring the restaurants kitchen bang up to date with the latest in cooking technology and will go further to enhance the hotels commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability . On reopening, guests will be welcomed back to the familiar Indigo surroundings with an enhanced, mouth-watering menu . During the short closure, it is very much business as usual . Axis will be open every day to serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner . Alternatively, hotel residents may opt to have meals from room service . Each room has been beautifully designed with the hotel's philosophy of understated comfort and state-of-the-art technology in mind . On our beds we use crisp white Frette bed linen and feather and down duvets whilst iPod docking stations, high speed complimentary Wi-Fi and wired internet access, fibre optic reading lights and televisions in the bathrooms come as standard . The happening Lobby Bar and two fabulous restaurants Axis at One Aldwych and Indigo are popular with guests and locals alike and ideal for pre and post theatre suppers and drinks .
