All guest must be 18 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian . Guest between the ages or 18-25 without a parent or legal guardian will be required to pay a 50 USD per person refundable security deposit at check-in All guest must have valid picture identification at check-in . Credit or Debit card are required to confirm your reservation and guarantee your room . All deposit will be charged to card immediately . Balance of the room will be due at check-in . NOTE-all rooms with 1 bed are very SMALL . All standard 2 bed rooms are on the second floor . We have the Sea Crawler,Thorney's and Villa Ramona resturants .
