Check in is due from 2 pm to 5 pm.
We take preauthorization on your credit card
The check in is in Via della Vigna Nuova 9 (Residence office). CONTACT THE HOTEL at the email provided to receive the CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS.
Customers that are willing to check in after the office hour should inform us at least two working days prior to the date of check in.
200 € extra fee will be applied for late check in.
Check Out 10:00 am
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. An extra fee of 25 € per person will be charged on duty upon arrival. This service is not mandatory.
The property requires a refundable security/breakage deposit of 200 EUR at the check in.
Children & Extra Guests (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel).
One extra guest can be accommodated on a roll-away bed free of charge. Car Parking on-street or Feel free to contact our front-desk office at the number provided in your booking that will be happy to recommend you the best parking facilities available nearby

We are located at 10 minutes within walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station.
By car
From the motorway A1, take the exit 'Firenze Scandicci', direction city centre, cross the bridge 'Ponte della Vittoria', turn right and You will be in parallel to the arno river. Drive until you will reach Piazza Goldoni from which you will make a left right to Via della Vigna Nuova
