Our Ocean View Tourist Guesthouse is a modern guest house conveniently located 1 km from Negombo city center, 10 km from Colombo international airport and 100 meters to Negombo beach.
The Ocean View Guest house is the prime location in Sri Lanka to arrive and stay after a long flight, you can reach us within 15 minutes any time of the day.

and cold shower,Mosquito net and Air-conditioned,Television with cable connection.
2.Double Private bathroom with private sitting area or balcony-
These rooms are on ground floor and in 1st floor.
Room is with two beds,Attached bathroom with hot and cold shower,Private balcony,fan and Mosquito net.
3.Double/Twin Air-conditioned Private bathroom with private sitting area or balcony-
These rooms are on ground floor .
Room is with two beds,Attached bathroom with hot and cold shower,Private sitting area,fan and Mosquito net.
4.Triple private bathroom-Air conditioned.
.This room is on the ground floor.
Room is with one double bed and one single bed,Attached bathroom with hot and cold shower,Fan ,Air-conditioner,Television with cable connection and Mosquito nets
All the room rates are given in the website is Room only. Breakfast is not included.
Please note that check-in and check-out time is 12 noon. In case you want to check in early in the morning, you need to include a previous date on your reservation and advise us your arrival time.
The balance payment of 90% you can pay on your arrival to the guest house by cash only.
Airport Transfer:
We offer our airport pick up service day and night all year around, 365 days.
We arrange to pick you up and transfer you to any destination you want to go in Sri Lanka.
When you give us your name, flight number and arrival time, we will personally page your name and bring you to your destination.
The price for an airport transfer to Negombo is 20 US Dollars only..,.

Ask if the train is going up to Kattuwa station, otherwise get down at the Negombo town. and get the 905 Route Bus to windmill Hotel.
AirPort Pickup will cost US$17 in Mini coach.
