For example all the fishing and boating you could ask for is just 70mts away in the pumicestone passage, patrolled beach is 200mts, surf beach close ride, walk or run along the paths from diamond head to moffat beach without crossing a road along some of our pristine sandy beaches,secluded bays and rocky headlands and coffee/eating houses. Maleny and the misty mountains are only 30mins away as is Australia zoo. So get ready to chill. You cant go wrong.
