Hotel California offers a tasteful interior and a cosy atmosphere, right in the heart of Sofia.
Our hotel has 14 standard rooms, 3 deluxe rooms, 4 superior deluxe rooms, 3 suites and 1 penthouse apartment. All rooms can be used as single, double and triple, as well as for а family with 2 children. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, high speed internet, mini-bar and electronic door locks.
All of our suites offer а living room, a bedroom and a kitchenette. They occupy the hotel's top floors and from their terraces our guests have a magnificent view over Sofia and Vitosha Mountain. Our two-story penthouse apartment has a bedroom on the very top of our hotel, with an incredible view of Vitosha Mountain.
All bathrooms are fully equipped according to the highest requirements. Every bathroom has a tub with Jacuzzi. Superior deluxe rooms and suites feature a special shower cabin, equipped with Jacuzzi and steam bath. There is also an authentic Finnish sauna at guests' disposal!
Our restaurant, Teacher Ivan's House, was built and furnished in the style of an Old Bulgarian tavern from the beginning of the 19th century. Visitors find here the romantic spirit of bygone times, the cosiness and warmth of a big fireplace and the pleasure of dining under vines of drooping grapes.
Our menu includes traditional meat, fish and vegetarian dishes cooked according to old Bulgarian recipes, as well as international cuisine.

On leaving Sofia International Airport, head toward Bryuksel boulevard. Go straight down Bryuksel boulevard for 3.5km, take the ramp and after 50m continue straight 0.4 km. Slightly turn left toward Tsarigradsko shose boulevard and after 80m turn slightly right at Tsarigradsko shose boulevard. After 0.1 km veer slightly left to stay on Tsarigradsko shose boulevard. Continue on straight for 3.2 km and then take the ramp to Khladilnika. Continue on 0.9 km, then merge onto Peyo K.Yavorov boulevard and after 1.1 km turn right at Vasil Kirkov street. After 0.2 km turn left at Zlatovrah street and after 0.4 km turn right at Bigla street. The hotel is approximately 500 m down the street.
