We are thrilled to announce that the highly anticipated Public Area Refurbishment of Flora Creek Hotel Apartments will start from 21 August 2015, with an expected completion date of 14 November 2015 . During this period of time Reception Desk, Olive Tree Restaurant and West End Caf Lounge will be relocated to Rooftop and Olive Tree Restaurant will be open only for Buffet Breakfast from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM and will be closed for Lunch and Dinner . In-Room Dining will continue to be available 24 hours day and night . Please note that renovation work will be done in 2 phases and the below areas of the hotel will be affected: Phase 1- From 24 August 2015 to 9 September 2015 - Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor Refurbishment work will be conducted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM . Although all project work will be isolated to ensure the well being of all our guests, there maybe some levels of noise disturbance during the above-mentioned hours . - Pool, Hair and Nail Lounge will not be accessible, however the swimming pool at our sister hotel Flora Park will be available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM for our valued guests use and we will provide you with complimentary transportation upon request . - Gymnasium (Located on the Mezzanine Floor) will operate from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM . - During this period, there might be some minimal disruption to the power supply, as well as telephone connection and Internet connection . - Lifts will be refurbished one at a time, but there will be operational lifts available at all times . Phase 2 - From 8 October 2015 to 14 October 2015 - Ground & Mezzanine Floors, Guest Corridors - Slight sound and vibration on floor corridors under refurbishment . - Residual glue smell from corridor wallpaper . All other hotel services will not be affected and we trust you will have a great stay with us .
