The two and three bedroom condos come complete with private balconies and full kitchens, microwaves, dishwashers and stovetops, plus dining and sitting areas with flat-panel TVs and plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable . High-speed Internet access is available . Indoor and outdoor pools, a barbecue grill area and fitness facilities with sauna, steam room and hot tub provide ample places to meet fellow travelers, and the beachfront, with white-powder sand and clear blue water, can mesmerize you for hours . Parking is available at this resort . Minimum age required at check-in is 21 . A damage deposit of USD 500 is required at check-in and fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room . Office hours are 8am to 5pm daily . Please note, pets are not allowed on the property . No boats, trailers, or RVs may be parked at the resort . Early check-outs will not result in partial refunds . Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay a damage deposit of USD 500 . This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of the room .
