About Us Hotel Rural Alves, called "Casa Alves de Torneiros - Turismo Rural Lda", is a family establishment with history and tradition . Was born of the desire to maintain a rural eighteenth centurys house with an architectural structure in granite, a typical stone from the north of Portugal . The Hotel has maintained, over the years, these traditional traits and kept updating the interiors with modern quality materials . Casa Alves de Torneiros was inventoried at Braga Municipal Director Plan as Cultural and Architectural Heritage . Also known as Casa Alves de Torneiros, our hotel is situated in typical Minho countryside, in the middle of a calm and green place, away from the busy city life . The Hotel has beautiful wood floors and stone walls . Its a cozy retreat for the ones who seek total relaxation . However, just a short drive away, is the center of Braga, where you can easily get around the historic center and visit the monuments, participate in cultural events, have fun in Bragas night out and meet the well-known hospitality from Portugal .
