JJs Yard is the one place you will want to come and stay at, not only are we at the city centre of Lagos but surrounded by bars, restaurants and near the beaches. What makes JJs Yard different is that you get the freedom to be yourself in your own space, meet new people and enjoy what Lagos has to offer.
At JJs yard you will meet travellers, build friendships and also get to meet the owners Jay and J Lorena, who are always happy to give out information on kayak trips, surf trips, water sports, booze cruise\'s and much more. JJs Yard really does feel as if you are away in a rented house filled with people who just like to have fun and its is so cheap!

JJs Yard guest house
For 10 guest, 2 private rooms for 2 (either with single beds or 1 bunk bed). Please be aware that if you book a private room we do not have double beds, these rooms are not really suitable for couples unless you dont mind bunk beds or single beds.
1 dorm for 6 (3 bunk beds)
JJs Yard facilities:
Fridges, washing machine
Cutlery available
Use of microwave, kettle and orange juice maker
Bathroom hot showers 24hrs
Balcony area to chill out and enjoy the weather
An eating and chilling out area for our guest to enjoy
We provide free bed linen and towels
No breakfast included at JJs Yard, Self catering
Our guesthouse is always kept clean and tidy.
JJs Yard cannot accomodate anyone under 16 years of age or over 40.
Our check in is at 2pm but if you come earlier we have a secured area where you can leave your bags free of charge!
Our check out is at 12pm but again if you wish to stay in Lagos until later in the evening you can store your bags in our secured area until you are ready to collect them.
We only accept cash payments on arrival, we do not accept other methods of payment.
Cash machines available within a few minutes walk from the guest house.
Our cancellation policy is 24hrs.
Each guest is given a set of keys on which a deposit will be taken, once our keys have been returned back to us on their leaving date, the deposit will be refunded back.
From the train station just walk out of the station in direction of the main avenue with the river thats called Avenida dos Descobrimentos and turn left, but if your coming from the bus station turn right, walk throught Avenida dos Descobrimentos until Praca do Infante Dom Henriques, at the Praca do Infante Dom Henrique turn right into Rua de Sao Goncalo de Lagos, walk until the end of the road, do a bend turn into Rua 5
de Outubro, its the house on the corner number 9. Look out for signs of JJs Yard or contact us you can also see us on google maps.
