It is a beautiful restored house situated in Subida Ferrari pasaje Santa Lucia Nº5, Cº Bellavista. In our property you can go all over the common spaces passing through the recepcion admiring our murals that decorate our house. We have a kitchen equipped with all what you need to prepare your food. We have two bathrooms, the first one is in our living room and the second one is at the back, where we have a bar in which you can smoke.
In our surroundings you can get Museo a Cielo Abierto, \'La Sebastiana\' Neruda\'s House, apart from that you can visit some viewpoint in which you can appreciate a privileged view of Valparaiso.

From Avenida Argentina, where you arrive to Valparaiso, you have to get Colon Street to arrive Subida Ferrari, then turn to your left y you can see our Property in Pasaje Santa Lucia Nº5.
From bus station of Valparaiso you have to take a bus which go to Plaza Victoria, get off the bus in the square and then walk through Edwards Street to the opposite site of the sea, go up for Subida ferrari to Pasaje Santa Lucia where we are situated.
