The hotel offers 43 rooms and studios in the historic city centre, just 500 m from the seashore, 50 from the cathedral of the capital city and the sugar cane museum.
It comprises 5 floors, the top one being a roof top terrace with panoramic view over the city and the surrounding mountains. All studio apartments have air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchenette, have telephone with direct line to the exterior, safe deposit box (for rental), cable TV and complete bathroom. Other attractive features are the breakfast buffet, room service and free WI-FI.

At the airport you must enter into the highway direction Airport-Funchal. About 20km later exit where it mentions Fundoa - Funchal centre. When out, you should go down through the 5 de Outubro street till get to the Tanoeiros street (street a little before the seashore). On the right side enter Ferreiros street and then take the second street on the left: Sabao street is where the Hotel Apartamento da Se is located . I's only possible to reach the hotel by car on weekends and holidays during all day and on week days from 20:00 until 09:30 in the morning of the next day. The parking is free of charge. From 09:30 till 20:00 you should put the car in public parks paid by hours or per day (5.00 € - day), it stays around 5 minutes from the Hotel, Anadia Park and Parque Almirante Reis or you could park along the Cathedral.
