Prinsen Canal Residence is built on private property with a surface of 400 m2 (including the basement) and is exceptionally grand for Amsterdam standards. The building has been maintained in the best manner possible, offering it all; countless original details, a few fireplaces, gorgeous wooden floors, well sized rooms with bathrooms and a snug garden.
Lay-out of the apartment is as follows: The basement has storage space and a laundry room (although there is no washer or dryer, one may be provided under special circumstances). The ground floor with entrance leads to the study and living room. On the first floor, you have two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with toilet. Towards the second floor, you have one large bedroom with a loft style bedroom with heating system.
At the back of the house you will be on the ground floor which has a fully equipped kitchen. Open the double doors that leads to the garden. The first floor comes with a working area and living room. The second floor leads to a bedroom and another modern bathroom. The third floor takes you to another bedroom.
Several means of public transportation are just around the corner. If you like to walk, within 5 to 10 minutes you will reach Central Station.
