St Joseph's B&B is a beautifully furnished, comfortable, non-smoking home situated close to Waterford City Centre on the Cork Road. St Joseph's Bed and Breakfast offers a warm welcome to guests and is an excellent touring base for County Waterford, Cork, Kilkenny and surrounding areas.
Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation has three comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms, all complete with en-suite facilities to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. We have ample secure private parking. We are approved by Failte Ireland (Tourism Approval Authority) and are members of B&B Ireland.

Take the N25 towards Waterford
Exit off the N25 Motorway at the Carrick Road Roundabout to the right onto the R680 and you will pass through a village called Killmeaden follow signs straight through Killmeaden to Waterford City Pass the Holly Cross Pub on the left hand side
Drive straight through Butlerstown Roundabout for Waterford city exit R680
