Each dorm building has a lounge that offers an opportunity for socializing & a tv, microwave & small refrigerator. There is a washer & dryer in the basement of each hall. A public computer, free Wifi & common area is available in the Laskey Building. There are outdoor tables & benches throughout the beautiful grounds.
Groups & individuals are welcome. Check-in begins at 3 pm Central Time. If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact our front desk at (615) 340-7500 before 5 pm Central Time on the day of arrival to make arrangements. Check out is at 10:30 am. Registered guests have 24 hour access.
In addition, when you book with us & you're supporting a good cause. We're a nonprofit education, retreat & conference center with a strong commitment to promoting racial equality, cross-cultural understanding, the empowerment of women & spiritual renewal. Your support, through the rental of our historic facilities helps us to offer programs that continue this mission.

We're a non-alcoholic campus, but are within walking distance of several restaurants.
Transportation from the airport is available by shuttle or public bus.
Shuttle: The shuttle will drop you off at Scarritt-Bennett. Check-in is in the Laskey Building.

Public bus transportation is available to and from the airport, though the route changes according to date/time. Please note, there is a downtown tranfer which may be a little complicated. There is a Google Transit map available at http://www.nashvillemta.org/setpage.asp?page=googlemaps.html. Enter Nashville Airport - BNA in the Start field & 1008 19th Ave S Nashville, TN in the End field. The bus will drop you off 1 or 2 blocks from Scarritt-Bennett Center, depending on the route. Check-in is in the Laskey Building.
Our public bus system has a great website at http://www.nashvillemta.org/ for additional info on getting around town. The #7 bus is the one that travels from Scarritt-Bennett to Hillsboro/Green Hills area (shops, mall, restaurants, etc.) and the downtown area.
