Paradise Mammee Bay is a 4 bedroom Villa located in the exclusive Mammee Bay Estate in Ocho Rios with 24 hour security. The Villa features a private pool and is within approximately 10 minutes walk to the local private beach.
The Villa has four bright, spacious and comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms with a combination of two King size rooms with solid wood four poster beds and twin rooms with 2 single beds perfect for families and groups. Paradise Mammee Bay Villa is a very family friendly Villa equipped with high chair and crib.
The Master Suite features its own private balcony with an adjoining room, great for families with children. All bedrooms are air conditioned with the additional bonus of ceiling fans. Chair, foot rest, dresser, bed-side table, lamp, chest of draws and safety deposit box.
The Villa is tastefully furnished with a comfortable, neutral colour scheme and design featuring a range of natural materials including teak, mahogany, bamboo and rich cottons. The Villa has an open spacious, well equipped lounge with a large TV, DVD and CD player and separate diner.
Another feature is the well equipped kitchen with a 6 stove burners / oven, microwave, fridge freezer / refrigerator, double loaded toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and utensils. The veranda overlooks the pool which provides the ideal space for indoor and out-door dining and well deserved opportunities to just chill out and relax.
Your rental includes our well established and experienced staff team including house keeper, cook and gardener. The private pool / pool deck area is also well equipped with deck chairs, large parasols, bar, hammocks and barbecue / grill. The property grounds feature a range of tropical plants and fruit baring trees including ackee, breadfruit, naseberries , orange and sweetsop.
The Villa is located just 5 minutes away from Ocho Rios town centre for nightlife and local attractions including, the famous Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove which are just 3 minutes drive away.

Continue pass Salt Marsh, along the Falmouth Main Road, along Corral Spring Road and continue pass Duncan's. Continue along Rio Bueno Main Road pass Puerto Seco Beach Park then along Runaway Bay Main Road. Continue pass Salem then Priory then St. Ann Bay. Onto Cedar Drive across Mahogany Pkwy and take the 3rd left
