New Hampshire is most known for its great ski resorts, hiking trails, and natural beauty. Every year, millions of vacationers travel to New Hampshire to experience all that this beautiful, serene, New England state has to offer. In winter, there are over twenty great ski resorts where visitors can enjoy cross country or downhill skiing and snowboarding.
Come spring, when it is a little warmer, give climbing Mount Washington, the tallest mountain in New England, a try or hike through the White Mountains.
In summer, be sure to check out Lake Winnipesaukee where there are sand castle building contests, boat rentals, and Weirs Beach. The red and orange colors of the leaves are beautiful in the autumn. If you plan to visit during this time makes sure you attend the famous “Fall Foliage Festival” in Warner.
From wine tastings to summer concert series, New Hampshire has it all. As an added bonus, in the state of “live free or die”, you will never have to pay sales tax on your adventure.
