Description of Surrounding Area
Westport Island is a 2x12 mile island located 9 miles off route one, between Bath and Wiscasset. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is a wonderful central coast location for day trips to all of the tourist attractions within close proximity. Boothbay Harbor is 22 miles away, and fine restaurants and shopping are close by
Description of Vacation Rental Property
The house sits up high on the shoreline with spectacular views of surrounding islands, working lobster boats and harbor seals. There are 3 private acres and 800 feet of deepwater frontage. There is also a private point, overlooking a small cove. The kitchen has a glassed sunroom on the water side, as well as a wraparound porch.

4 Bedrooms, 1and 1/2 baths. 1 queen bed, 2 full sized beds 1 set of twin beds
Amenities
TV, VCR, Movies, games, books, washer/dryer, all linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes Jenn-aire and microwave.
Restrictions
No Pets are allowed
Rates & Availability
1500.00 per week for up to 6 people- High season. 1000.00 per week for up to 6 people-Low season 200.00 per person charge, over 6 people.
For 1998 season only June 27th to July 10th available. or August 28th to September 30th,
