Sylvan Rentals is the exclusive agent for some 200 vacation rental homes in the towns of Chatham and Harwich. Waterfront, waterview, walk to beach and town. These are fully-furnished privately owned properties, from basic beach cottages to luxury homes. One week minimum rental.

Rates & Availability

In season rates range from $700-5500/wk. In season rates from last week of June to Labor Day, with peak rates from mid-July to mid-August. Off season rates are discounted 20 to 50 % and generally apply from mid-May to end of June and from September through October.

Directions

From Rt. 6, the mid-Cape highway, take exit 11. Turn left at end of ramp ont Rt. 137 south. Follow this all the way to the end at Rt. 28. Turn left toward Chatham. Our office at 1715 Main Street (Rt. 28) is approximately 2 miles down on the right, opposite the Citgo gas station and A&P grocery.
