The area in Italy where Tuscany, Umbria and the Trasimeno lake meet is called the green
heart of Italy. You are located right inbetween Rome and
Florence, at driving distance to Assisi, Cortona, Siena,
Orvieto, and many many more hill top villages all worth a visit.These villages contain artistic and
architectonic treasures from the middle ages and the renaissance. Treasures
which people, unaware of their existence, never get a chance to see.
The site includes
apartments built between the 12th and the 17th century in the area where Tuscany,
Umbria and the Trasimeno lake meet. They
are all tastefully restaured and furnished with first class
antiques and rustic furniture. You will find everything from
the aparmtent which sleeps 2, to the apartmetn with its own
chappel and 17th c. frescos, furnished only with antique furniture.
Each apartment can accomodate between 2 to 20 people.
Note that all of these objects are either ours or bellong to
good friends of ours.

be suprised when you read about Luciano Bonaparte's fire place,
se pictures of an apartment's private chappel, or read a
description of a 15th century kitchen sink. All apartmetns
have heating, kitchens and bathrooms. TV you can forget about.
(If you want cable, go somewhere else). Fireplaces are in
most apartments, and the view is often endless.

2,500$ per week. DIscounts for additional weeks.
Most of the reservations for the high season start popping in
in November of the previous year, but there usualy are odds and ends.
