Conveniently located 8 min walk from town, 100 steps to snorkeling, overlooks 2 bays and bird sanctuary. Private,on a small paved lane, behind a 10' native stone wall, surrounded by mahogany trees, palms, native plants and flowers. A 3 pod villa with four 1 bed/bathunits, all individually different and private, island decor, fully equipped kitchens, dining living areas and large decks, includes one two story unit. Below our pool wet/bar is a separate 2 bed/1 bath Cottage.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Each villa unit is one bed/bath with a sleep sofa in the living area. In special cases a cot can be added. Crib is
available. The cottage has 2 bedrooms-queen and a double-1 bath, with separate entrances outside, and to the bath.

Amenities

All units have o/h fans(a/c in 2)tel,tv, outdoor grille, full kitchens, gas stove,microwave,toaster,coffee maker, blender, and even most spices! All linens are furnished, towels, beach towels, chairs, cooler. Pickup from, and deliver to dock, grocery run, and short island acquaintance tour. On site owner/mgr.

No pets, we have parrots, cockatiels, a small poodle, and
several cats - that's enough!

Season 12/15-4/15 from $145-1800./wk
Reserve min. 60 days preferably. 50% deposit. 50% day of arrival or before. Personal check accepted for deposit, no credit cards. Cancel notice 45 day prior to reservation, 100% returned. Less, subject to rebooking.
