Description of Surrounding Area

Grand Cayman is the "little Switzerland" of the caribbean.
It is one of the world's top dive destinations and boasts
an extremely stable government and economy. The island has
a population of 30,000, and is a banking and financial center.

George Town is the capital, and 7 mile beach is a popular but maturely developed vacation destination with major hotels.

On Northside, at Rum Point and the exclusive Cayman Kai
Community, just 40 minutes from town, guests enjoy the quieter side of Grand Cayman, living life as it was before the tourist boom of the '70's and 80's.

The diving and snorkeling on the Northside and East End is
very pristine, with shallow reef dives 20 - 60 feet, and
spectacular wall dives on the Great Cayman Wall to 130 feet. Ocean Frontiers and Red Sail Sports are fully equipped dive operations offering boat dives and full rental gear and tanks.

There are miles of beautiful beaches, shaded by coconut palms, Australian pines and great shelling.

You have a wide variety of choices of excellent restaurants
including island style, seafood, italian and german cuisine.

Shops and grocery stores are also nearby.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

The New Cayman Breeze Vacation Condo (Summer 2006) is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, direct oceanfront luxury condominium in the Northpoint Condominium Complex. This unit is 2nd floor, private corner with a direct beach and oceanview from the screened lanai.

The master bedroom has a pillowtop poster king sized bed with private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a pillowtop king size bed and also private bath. There is a queen sleeper couch, allowing the unit to sleep up to 6 in over 1250 square feet of living space.

The unit has cable TV, 32" HDTV, High Speed Wireless Internet, VOIP Internet Phone for Unlimited free internationals calls, DVD player, phone, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen,
dishwasher, BBQ grill, CD stereo, ceiling fans, air conditioning, linens, towel,
and all the comforts of home.

A few steps out the door, and you are in the crystal clear
caribbean sea, or the freshwater pool.

The condo sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedrooms each with king sized beds, and queen sleeper couch

We offer discount airfare and on-island car rentals, including airport pick up and transfers. Call or email for details.

Restrictions

We prefer smokers to simply go outside on the lanai to smoke.

Rates & Availability

$1,750 per week - April 15 - December 14
$2,500 per week - December 15 - January 3
$2,200 per week - January 4 - April 14

A 10% tax applies.

We accept VISA and MC. 50% deposit with 50% balance due on arrival.
