Two story stilt home of 2,200 sf, with community beach access, pool and tennis courts. Lush landscaping in a quiet setting. Fully furnished including all kitchen appliances and utensils, all linens and towels, beach chairs and toys for the children.
Comfortably sleeps eight. Master bedroom with queen and private bath; guest bedroom with queen and bunks and private bath; single bed in loft; den on first level has queen Murphy bed and full bath on first level.
Fully and tastefully furnished; HDTV/cable/stereo/tape/CD player; air-conditioned and lots of ceiling fans; extra-large screened porch; private sundeck off master bedroom. HiSpeed Internet connection with WiFi
Changeover cleaning, inspection and 24/7 on-call maintenance are provided by a nationally-respected professional property management company.
Sorry, no pets allowed. If you smoke, please confine to the screened porch.
