Sun Peaks Resort is B.C.'s fasting growing resort offering year-round activities for the whole family. In the summer, enjoy biking, hiking, golf, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, and summer chairlift rides to the 'Alpine Meadows'. In the winter, enjoy downhill skiing for all levels, cross country skiing, dog-sledding, snow shoeing, and many more activities. The village offers a variety of shops and restaurants. A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing holiday experience.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

This brand-new home is located in the cul-de-sac of Sunburst Drive in Sunburst Estates. The front of the house has a view of the runs coming down the mountain. Just put on your skis, and ski down the trail located just 5 meters from the driveway or walk a couple of minutes down the path in summer to the village and pro shop, then across the street to golf on the Graham Cooke designed nine-holes. There is a double-garage as well as additional parking in the driveway. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. All linens and towels are supplied. Cleaning is provided by us after your departure.

- Arrive at Kamloops on the East or West Highway #1
- Take the Jasper #5 Highway North Turnoff
- 21 kms. To Heffley Creek - there are signs on the highway for Sun Peaks Resort
- Turn right at Heffley Creek, and at the Peak Performance gas station, turn left onto Tod Mountain Road
- 24 kms. To Sun Peaks Resort
- Estimated travel time on Tod Mountain Road is 30 minutes
- Turn left on Sunburst Drive (just before the main parking lot for the mountain)
- 2228 Sunburst Drive - Trails End Chalet (on the right hand side of the cul-de-sac - almost at the end of the lower side of Sunburst Drive)
- The house has an oval sign over the right garage door "TRAILS END CHALET"
