Hilton Head Island can justifiably be called "the closest thing to paradise in North America". Situated in the Atlantic Ocean just of the southern tip of South Carolina, it has everything: suberb climate, 12 miles of sandy beaches, 30 golf courses & 300 tennis courts plus much more!

Vacation Rental Property

Our spacious second home (1475 sq. ft.) has large living/dining room. The kitchen and breakfast room have ample seating and food preparation space. The villa is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all appliances. It overlooks a long stretch of the 11-mile Palmetto Dunes waterway and two fairways of the George Fazio golf course, one of three in the resort. There are three private tennis courts for exclusive use of owners and guests.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

One master bedroom with bath ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds and a double futon with bath next door. Sleeps four with privacy and six comfortably. Two full baths.

Amenities

Two TVs, VCR, CD and cassette players, Gas grill, microwave, range, frig, blender, mixer, washer, dryer, iron, vacuums, etc. Four multi-speed bicycles are included at no extra charge.

Rates & Availability

Summer: $900 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
Fall: $700 per week
Late Spring: $800 per week
including one departure cleaning.
Prefer long notice due to high demand.
50% deposit to confirm reservation, balance on arrival.

Other Information

Hilton Head Island is served by seven airlines landing at two airports, one on the island and the other at Savannah, Georgia. Savannah and Charleston, SC are two beautiful historic cities you won't want to miss.

Directions

Interstate 95 to Exit 8, then Highway 278 to Palmetto Dunes traffic lights. Further details will be provided before arrival.
