Holmes Beach is located on beautiful and quiet Anna Maria Island. The public beach is only two blocks away. There are several great restaurants within a mile (don't miss the Cafe at the Beach or the fishing pier for great food and fun!) Fishing and boating are available on the island, and golf is available in nearby Bradenton and Sarasota.

Vacation Rental Property

The large 1,008 square foot unit overlooks Sarasota Bay and the swimming pool. It is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 'fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the cups, plates, pots, pans, and utensils. The large living room includes a TV, a VCR and a radio and tape player. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. All towels and linens are also available.

The condo sleeps four, with potential for two more available. The two bedroom, two bath unit includes a queen-sized bed and TV in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper-sofa in the living area.

Amenities include three color TV's, a DVR, telephone, Wi-fi high-speed internet, washer and dryer in the unit, swimming pool on site, and two full bathrooms. You can walk or drive two blocks to the public beach.
