Vacation Rental Property

Amidst green lawns, an assortment of graceful palms, tropical fruit trees and a unique 'ohia forest nestle three comfortable, family style cottages, a private tennis court and a 40'lap pool. The cottages are completely furnished with complete kitchens and all linens provided.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The one bedroom, one bath units will each sleep four or five. Children are very welcome and will enjoy the playground, basketball court and swingset.

Amenities

Amenities include TV/VCR with an assortment of videos available for use. Phone calls anywhere on the island are free. Each fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and a coffee maker. Barbeques are provided on the private lanai(covered porches). Washers and dryers are conveniently located beside each cottage.

Policies & Restrictions

Our own small petting zoo of sixteen animals will adopt you while you are here so please do not bring your own pets. You are welcome to spoil ours on the lanais but please do not invite them inside. Smoking is also only allowed outside.

Rates & Availability

Our rates are very reasonable, $60 per night for each cottage with a three night minimum. We also have weekly($375) and monthly($1200) rates. We offer a 10%Senior Discount and Group Rates are available. In Hawaii we are required to charge a 11.25% State Tax.
A 20%Deposit will secure a reservation. If your plans change and we are notified 30 days prior to arrival we will cheerfully refund the deposit. After that time we will be happy to reschedule at your convenience.

Directions

We are located just 20 minutes south of Hilo off of the Kea'au/Pahoa Highway in Hawaiian Paradise Park. We are two minutes from the ocean, picturesque lava cliffs great for turtle and whale watching. More detailed instructions are included on our brochure.
