The house ahold be described as half a house as it's the upper level of the caretakers home. Appart from that the description is spot on.
The place is clean, well maintained with a great pool. The quality mark was put at 4 for a few minnor details people could say is nit picking. The doors to the front of the house are sliding with simple locks and do not feel very secure. The pool house door is the same. The main living accommodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.
The house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bedm, the secon bedroom has a queen bed and the third has twins. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room.
A separatae pool house overlooks the private pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath and a L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a hide-a-bed. It is not large and is perfect for a couple, couple with small children or 4 youngsters.

Minimum stay of 7 days. Deposit of one third is required to hold time. Payment in full is due 30 days before arrival.
