The house is entirely maintained for the guests' comfort.
Furnishings are quality antiques and special family pieces, original art works and fine soft furnishings. An open fire, music system and a piano.

The garden has a swimming pool near a grove of orange trees which give the house its name.
Breakfast is served at a time convenient to our guest in the separate breakfast room overlooking the garden and pool.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Orangewood has three bedrooms in the house each with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms are cooled and have additional ceiling fans. Beds have electric blankets and bedrooms have individual heating.
In the garden is a cottage comprising separate bedroom
sitting room with kitchenette and a private bathroom. The cottage is ajacent to and overlooks the pool.
The sofa in the sitting room converts to an extra bed if required.

Amenities

Television, music system, piano, library of first edition books, and an exchnge library for paperbacks.
Tea and coffee making facility at all time with homemade cakes and fruit in season. Guest fridge.

Non Smoking
No Pets. Angus is the resident cat. He is not permitted in the bedrooms and can be banished from the house at our guest's request.
Orangewood is unsuitable for children.
