Two bed room bath and a half. See the ocean from almost every room. Living room wall facing the water is all glass. Glass runs from one side of the room to the other in the Master Bedroom. Screened in porch. Outside grill, tennis, pools, private boat slip, fishing pier, recreation room and lots more. Small gated complex.
Master Bedroom has a king. Second bedroom has twins. There is a pull out couch. Bath and a half with extra showers and a sauna in the recreation building. This size unit is best with no more than four adults.
Fully equipped. Everything you have at home except a computer.
Three cable TVs. VCR with movies, Stereo with cassette and CD player. Two phones, answering machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Glasses, cups, dishes, and silverware that match. Ice shaving machine and blender to make tropical libations for sipping on the screened in porch while you watch the sun set.
No Pets and No Smoking
$845.00 per week in the Fall.
$895.00 per week in the Summer
$995.00 Winter
Weeks containing a major holiday are an additional $100.00.
Monthly rates start at $1,995.00.
$200.00 Security Deposit on First Rentals only.
Normally rent Saturday to Saturday.
I accept Master Card or Visa.
If I do not have the week you need I will do my best to put you in touch, via e-mail, with some one who does.
