Enjoy sleigh rides or snowmobiles. In the summer there is horseback riding, hiking,white water rafting, gold panning, four wheeling and much more. Explore deserted mining towns Close to Lake Dillon. Walk to some of the best trout streams. Golf at its best. Gamble in near by, historic Central City. Watch the Aspens change to gold in the Fall.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Three Bedrooms plus a loft with twin beds and a dresser.
Master bedroom is oversized. Upstairs bath has a double sink and a sauna that will hold six comfortably. Downstairs has two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a double and the other has twins. Dining area seats eight. Living room with TV, VCR, Stereo with CD player.Lots of windows. Living rom windows are 20 feet tall. Great views of the mountains. Porch. Fireplace with logs. Private covered parking for at least two large cars. Ski locker. Sleds for the kids. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and silverware that match. Everything first class. Playpen/crib furnished.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Sleeps eight with everyone in a bed, not a sofa sleeper. There is a Queen Sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Eight is comfortable. We prefer to rent to eight or less. We do not count children.

Amenities

Absolutely everything you have at home except a computer. Two Color, Cable, TVs. Two VCRs. Phone and answering machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, and all the pot and pans you need to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Washer and dryer in the building. Small complex of ten units. Great views. Lots of windows.

No Smoking and No Pets

Rates & Availability

Spring, Summer, and Fall $130.00 a night.
Winter $250.00 a night.

Christmas and New Years $300.00 per night.
Weeks with major holidays are an additional $100.00.
$200.00 Security Deposit on First Rentals only.
Discounts on multiple weeks.

Normally a four night minimum.
A $100.00 refundable deposit holds the week you want. With the deposit I will send you a home made video of Snowbird. If you do not think it is the best deal for a first class condo, keep the tape and I will return your deposit.
I can accept Master Card and Visa.
