Andersen House Bed and Breakfast - Victoria Downto
Description of Surrounding Area
Quiet residential neighbourhood within an easy walk of:Royal BC Museum,harbor,Parliament Bldgs,fishermans wharf,the Empress,and the city's best restaurants and shopping. Two blocks from ferries,floatplanes and five blocks from car ferry from Seattle.
Description of Accommodations
1891 Captains house in the late Queen Anne Victorian style set in lush English garden. 12 foot ceilings, plaster cornices,stained glass,hardwood floors,fireplaces. Large collection of original paintings and sculpture. Some antiques but generally clean,uncluttered decor.
Description of Rooms/Suites
Three guestrooms in house. All rooms with king bed and jacuzzi. One 700 sq ft suite with king and two twin beds in separate bedroom. CDs,phones, cable TV and free wireless internet.
Amenities
Numerous decks and patio with views of gardens.
Restrictions
Smoking on outside decks only or in garden. No pets. We have a cat. Children over 12 only please.
Rates & Availability
$95 - $275 depending on season and room.
Visa and Mastercard accepted. 10 day cancellation policy.
