Surrounding Area

Lincoln, New Hampshire is the most mountainous town in New Hampshire. It is conveniently located about 2 hours from Boston on I-93. Riverfront Condominiums is 2 miles from the I-93 interchange on the KancamagusHighway, a federal scenic bi-way. The area boasts outdoor activities all year round. Winter skiing, summer hiking, biking, swimming, golf, mountain climbing, rock climbing, kayaking, fishing, antiquing, great restaurants and childrens' activities.

Vacation Rental Property

Our condo is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplaced livingroom, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and deck. It's fully applianced, with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, gas grill, HDTV and more. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. Has cathedral ceiling in the living room and is directly adjacent to the river. The complex is extremely quiet, and once you're inside, it is thoroughly private.The condominium has two heated pools open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It also has 4 Tennis courts. Our building is directly beside one of the pools and two of the tennis courts for easy access to these amenities.The East Branch of the Pemigewasset River flows behind the buildings and within walking distance of our building is a deep water swimming hole in the river. Huge granite boulders are on the bank of the swimming hole and (depending on the height of the river) there is often a small sandy beach area.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

We limit our guests to a maximum of 5 people. Our condo is most comfortable for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two extra-long twin beds.

Amenities

We have a plasma tv with HD service, wireless internet, stereo/cd player, telephone, fireplace (including wood) and great views. We include linens, towels, and pool towels. Since this is primarly our own home, it is set up for our own comfort and use. That means that it is equipped with better quality extras than a typical rental unit.
Next to our building is an in-ground pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. There are also 2 tennis courts beside the pool.

Services Offered

During the winter there is a shuttle bus that runs from Loon Mountain to Riverfront Condominiums on weekends and holidays. This makes it convenient to get to the mountain in the morning, and yet go home for lunch, for example. Please be aware that the Riverfront Shuttle Bus is not part of Loon's own shuttle service. Rather it is a service offered by the condo association to our guests.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed, according to our condo by-laws.

SPRING, SUMMER AND NON-HOLIDAY FALL RATES:
2 nights $395
3 nights $490.
4 nights $599.
5 nights $725.
6 nights $840.
7 nights $920.
Rates vary from season to season. Most of the time there is a 2 day minimum, although it is longer during specific holiday periods. Compare this to the rental agencies in town that require a 4 day minimum during the holidays.

Other Information

A $250 reservation deposit is required. At the time of the rental, the full rental is paid, and the reservation deposit is kept as a security deposit. Once the unit has been checked against damage, the security deposit is returned.

Directions

Precise directions to our unit will be provided at the time of the rental. Generally speaking, Riverfront Condominiums is located about 2 miles east of Exit 32 off I-93 in New Hampshire. Riverfront Condomimiums is on the right side, adjacent to the river and the last complex before you get to Loon Mountain.
