Surrounding Area


Virtually all of Key West's top attractions are within a short walk, including the Hemingway House, Duval Street, the Historic Seaport, funky Bahama village, the Lighthouse Museum, charter dive and fishing boats, and Fort Zachary Taylor State Rec Area, which has the cleanest, most picturesque beach in the Lower Keys. You will absolutely love this location!

Vacation Rental Property


This unit was built in 1994 and is extremely well-maintained. It's nicely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, etc. Other equipment and features include gas bar-b-cue grille, outdoor dining, washer dryer, two televisions with cable (one with premium channels and VCR), portable stereo with CD, complete linens, and more. Everything is provided to have fun!

The unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The living room has a sofa bed and French doors that open onto the patio.

Amenities


The Truman Annex Shipyard is a gated community with 24-hour security and assigned parking. Everything else youmight need or want is withing walking distance. The Shipyard also has a terrific pool!

Sorry, we love dogs and cats, but no pets allowed. Must be age 25 or older. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors.

Directions


Take a right where U.S. 1 (the Overseas Highway) crosses the bridge to Key West. Take U.S. 1 through Old Town. It will turn into Truman Avenue. You will pass Duval, then Whitehead. The next cross street will be Thomas. Take a right. The gate for the Shipyard will be on your left just past Angela Street. See the owner for the gate code.
