Historic adobe brick mansion of the Spanish Moors architecture with majestic arches and verandas. Windows and beams from the El Paso Roundhouse in 1895. Sitting room with fireplace, TV with video library, lots of bookshelves with reading material, redwood patio deck with lounge furniture, walking paths, gardens, lots of places to relax, write, read, paint, and converse.
Three guest rooms with private baths. All are decorated with family heirlooms and antiques with lots of functional furniture for what is needed. The Country Room has a king. The Southwest and Rose Rooms have queens. All the baths are spacious and beautiful.
Nearby are swimming, hiking, horseback riding, bicycling, rock climbing, mountain trails, picnic sites. Lots of wonderful restaurants featuring continental and southwestern cuisine.
Lots of help offered to our guests on how to best take advantage of all that's available in the Las Cruces area for on whatever they may want our assistance. We have a wealth of experience answering all kinds of questions about the area and services.
Pets are permited as long as they are cared for by the guests. Pets are not permitted to run loose inside or outside. They sleep in a cage in the room and stay there while guests eat breakfast. Smoking anywhere outside but not inside. Kids over 11 welcome when supervised by their parents.
$75-85 all year, and those rates include a FULL breakfast.

We are three miles north of Hwy 70 and two miles east of I-25. Once on I-25 in Las Cruces, take Exit 6-A, go north on Del Rey for three miles, then east on Westmoreland for one mile to 2600 Westmoreland.
