Accommodations

Our inn is on 3 acres of trees and flowers, and stands 3 stories high. Previously a children's orphanage, built in 1908 and completely updated for today's conveniences. Banquet/conference rooms for 35, huge front porch two rear decks and balcony.

Rooms/Suites

We offer 6 guest rooms - 4 with private baths and 2 with shared bath - we call that our "family suite". Two twin beds or a king are in one room, and a queen bed in the other. Private entrances to bathroom are in each room. We also offer a 2 room honeymoon suite - a very elegant room, and 3 deluxe private bath rooms in burgandy, blue and green tones. Each have color, remote TV's, writing desks, telephone and lounging chairs.

Amenities

We offer the nightlife of local establishments, restaurants/lounges. A Massage therapist is available by appointment, two bicycles are available for your use anytime. Banquets, meetings or presentations for 35 can be accommodated in our dining and sitting rooms.

Services Offered

Early morning coffee and complimentary newspapers, fruit and candy baskets placed in your room, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water/juices available in refrigerator in guest room common area. Breakfast can be served in dining room, on porch, on the deck, balcony or in your room! Massages available by appointment.

Policies & Restrictions

Smoking on porch or balcony only. No pets unless kept in a cage and we review each circumstance individually. Well-mannered children over 2 accepted.

Directions

From North or South, use Interstate 57 and exit at number 71 (Route 14) and go west 17 miles to Route 51. At 51, head north into DuQuoin. At the third stoplight, turn right and proceed 2 1/2 blocks. From east and west, exit Interstate 74 at Route 51. Head south into DuQuoin. At the first stop sign (Main street), go east to the second stop sign (Line Street). Go right 1/2 block and we're on the left.
