Centrally located for all of the varied activities that this mountain resort has to offer. In the winter there is skiing, skating, snowmobiling, and sledding. Spring & Summer offers water skiing, fishing, biking walking, mountain biking,& horseback riding. Gaming casinos, golf plus an active community with plays, fairs & special events are available year round.

This lovely home has a total of six bedrooms, four baths, two fully equipped kitchens,two large decks (the upper deck has the hot tub and two gas grills plus patio tables and furniture), nine televisions, eight vcr's, a video library, fireplace, two pellet stoves, a laundry room with washer & dryer and level parking. There is also a nice yard where there is a horseshoe pit and a basketball hoop on the driveway.

The main house has a den with a queen sofa bed, a loft with three queen beds, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bedroom with a twin bed and a queen bed. In the attached guest house one bedroom has a double bed, two bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. In addition to beds and sleeper sofas that accomodate 25 people there are also pads for the floor and an air mattress if your party requires more sleeping accomodations.

There are many fine restaurants and shops within minutes of the home. Reno is 45 minutes away, two ski slopes are 15 minutes away and two more are 30-45 minutes away. There are four gaming casinos on the North Shore. Incline village has an indoor recreation center, two private beaches (guests may use with pass). There are phones, a stereo, many vcr's with a video library, fully equipped kitchens (2), a massive fireplace, two grills, lots of windows & light.

There are no special services offered, this is a private home in an upscale neighborhood of homes in the $800,000 and up range. Guests may have the use of the entire home.

No pets or smoking is allowed.

Rates & Availability

Three night minimum except for the months of July and August when there is a one week minimum stay. All guests are to check in on Friday after 3:00PM. There is a $150 cleaning fee, a refundable $500 security deposit. The prices range from $400 a night for the main house to $525 for the main house and guest house to a one week stay for $3,300 (cleaning fee included)for main house and guest house. The main house alone may only be reserved for the mos. of April, May, October, and November.

To reserve the house a deposit of 50% must be received along with a check for the $500 security deposit. The balance is due three weeks prior to arrival. Contact Jerry or Diane Rye to request a brochure and pictures.

Other Information

Cancellation policy: IIf you cancel and we cannot re-rent your time, we will keep the 50% deposit and refund your security deposit. If we re-rent the time then you will get a full refund.
