Hedge Apple Acres Bed and Breakfast
Description of Surrounding Area
Stay at the Hedge Apple where you will be at center for exploying southeast Kansas. Close to Ft. Scott's old fort,mine creek battle field,Big Brutus,General Funston boy hood home,Osa and Martin Johnson Safari muesum and many other attrations.
Description of Accommodations
4 rooms with king beds and private baths,a large gathering room upstairs and down. 80 acres with 2 fishing pond and walking trail thru 30 acres of woods.wild life galore and a bird watchers paradise. Hunters will find access to several thousands acres to hunt on.
Description of Rooms/Suites
King sized beds and private baths,one room with a whirlpool tub, one roon has a wonderful rock fireplace and is handicaped accessable.
Amenities
A full country breakfast and with advanced reservations a home cooked country supper is included in the room rate.
Restrictions
No pets inside and smoking outside only.
Rates & Availability
Rates are $75.-$85. open year around
a one night depositis required to hold room,the deposit is refunded with a two week cancellation notice.within two weeks if room can be rented you will receive a refund.
Directions
2 miles east of Moran, Kansas, on U.S. Highway 54. 100 mile east of wichita KS.or 100 mile southwest of Kansas city.
Discounts Offered
Monday thru Thursday rates are $65.-$75.
